Drummer using the Detroit-based hard rock and roll group, MC5 in the 1960s and 1970s. Their solitary Kick Out the Jams peaked at #82 on the united states charts. He began playing in MC5 and was quickly nicknamed “Machine Weapon” because of his rapid-fire drumming design. Following a break-up of MC5, he used several bands like the New Order as well as the Motor City Poor Boys. He was raised with family members in Detroit. Greg Upchurch, of 3 Doorways Down, can be a rock and roll drummer.
