Dean Roland

Known very best for his use the 1990s rock-band Collective Spirit, this rhythm guitarist contributed to such twice and multi-platinum albums simply because, respectively, Tips Allegations and Things Still left Unsaid (released in 1993) as well as the self-titled Collective Spirit (released in 1995). He and his Collective Spirit bandmates increased to fame using the 1993 strike “Stand out,” which, after getting played on many university r / c, attracted the interest of Atlantic Information producers. Using the Atlanta-based rock-band Magnets & Spirits, he documented a 2011 record entitled Mass. His old sibling, Ed Roland, was Collective Soul’s frontman and primary songwriter. The siblings was raised in Stockbridge, Georgia, as the kids of the Southern Baptist pastor. He and Ross Childress both performed electric guitar for Collective Spirit.
