Dawn Padmore

Liberian traditional singer who performed at Washington, D.C.’s Kennedy Middle in 2007 and who spent some time working primarily being a recitalist. She performed within Africa’s Music Symposium in NEW YORK in 2006. She performed the Countess in The Relationship of Figaro, aswell as the girl using the Cake Container in Dominick Argento’s Postcard from Morocco. Her parents elevated her in Monrovia, Liberia. In 2008, she sang for Nobel Tranquility Award Laureate Bishop Desmond Tutu in Minneapolis.
