Dave Barry

Biography

An American author and journalist, he received a 1983 Pulitzer Prize for his syndicated Miami Herald humor column. His many functions of funny fiction and nonfiction include Homes along with other Black Openings (1988), Dave Barry Becomes 40 (1990), as well as the Shepherd, the Angel, and Walter the Xmas Miracle Puppy (2006). He worked well like a reporter for the Daily Regional News in Pa. In 1983, he released his first nonfiction function, The Taming from the Screw. He was presented in the problem humor series, Dave’s Globe, from 1993-1997. After divorcing his 1st wife, Ann Shelnut, he wed Beth Lenox, who became mom of his child, Robert. In 1996, he wedded his third wife, Michelle Kaufman, with whom he previously a daughter called Sophie. His book, Big Problems, was adapted right into a film starring Tim Allen.
