Darrin Huss

Lead vocalist and founding person in Psyche, a Canadian-German electropop group that rose to popularity within the 1980s. Most widely known for his exclusive tone of voice and amazing vocal range, he also penned lyrics to many Psyche tunes. As a kid, he attempted the many ways that he might use his tone of voice, imitating television toon characters and documenting himself singing well-known songs. He sometimes performed with such synthopop rings as Brain Amusement and Angels & Agony. He was created in Cooksville, Ontario. As teens, he and his sibling created a punk-influenced group known as The Opponents. He and fellow synthopop musician Rick Jordan had been born just 3 years apart.
