A high-ranking Roman Catholic clergyman, he began offering in past due 2009 while Bishop from the Diocese of Brownsville, Tx. Previously in his clerical profession, he had offered as Detroit, Michigan’s Auxiliary Bishop. After learning briefly at both College or university of Texas-Austin and Holy Trinity Seminary, he gained degrees in beliefs and divinity through the College or university of Dallas. He became the youngest Roman Catholic bishop in American background, and he was also the 1st bishop of Latino history to provide in Detroit. He and his three siblings was raised in Corpus Christi, Tx, as the kids of Lydia and Fernando Flores. Pope Benedict XVI appointed Flores to his positions as Brownsville Bishop and Detroit Auxiliary Bishop.
