Air Power General who readied the American Strategic Atmosphere Command to handle nuclear attacks in a moment’s see. He was an advocate of total battle completed via air strike, and he was in charge of releasing the firebomb raids over Tokyo that wiped out 100,000 civilians. He thought that nuclear battle was unavoidable and drew up programs for the SAC to provide a “Weekend punch” strike of 133 atomic bombs to 70 Soviet metropolitan areas. He was created in Columbus, Ohio and resided all around the USA as a kid. He was portrayed by professional Jim Backus in the 1952 film Far beyond.
