Writer of the The Concealing Place, a 1971 memoir that information her family’s attempts to cover Jews through the Holocaust and her imprisonment after getting discovered with the Nazis. In 1924, she became the initial licensed feminine watchmaker in holland. After released from a focus camp where she have been imprisoned for concealing Jews, she set up a rehabilitation middle for Holocaust survivors. She acquired two sisters, Betsie and Nollie, and a sibling, Willem. Her well-known memoir was converted to a film that highlighted Julie Harris in the function of Betsie Ten Increase.
