Corazon Aquino


The very first female President from the Philippines from 1986 to 1992 who found power when she helped lead individuals Power Revolution, which ended the 21 year dictatorship of President Ferdinand Marcos and re-established democracy within the Philippines. She was quadrilingual in British, Tagalog, Kapampangan, and French. Period newspaper namer her its Girl of the entire year in 1986 and the next calendar year she helped creates the 1987 constitution which re-established the bicameral Congress within the Philippines. She was wedded to Senator Benigno Aquino, Jr. from 1954 until his assassination in 1983. She was a famous Filipino politician, while Manny Pacquiao is really a well-known Filipino athlete.
