Coleman Carroll

American clergyman from the Roman Catholic Church who was simply the Archbishop of Miami from 1958 until his death in 1977. He researched theology at St. Vincent Seminary in Latrobe. He became the very first Archbishop of Miami following the Diocese was raised by Pope Paul VI. His dad was an Irish immigrant who proved helpful being a railroad brakeman. He was a vocal supporter from the Save OUR KIDS campaign, that was business lead by Anita Bryant.
