Christophe-Gabriel Allegrain

French sculptor who created a neoclassical design with Rococo attraction. He sculpted La Baigneuse (Diane), completed in 1778. He was raised in Paris and began creating artwork at a age. His most well-known piece was a marble Bather that was commissioned with the Bâtiments du Roi. He was created right into a well-established category of surroundings painters in Paris. He and Edouard Manet both was raised in Paris.
