Known for such K-pop strikes as “Dear Friend,” “THE GIRL Outside the Screen,” and “Go back to Busan Interface,” this Southern Korean vocalist documented close to 20 albums between 1979 and 2013 and received such prestigious music honors because the 1984 CBS-Sony Golden Disc Award and multiple MBC and KBS Best Artist Awards. He started his music profession being a guitarist, building and using a past due 1960s and early 1970s nation music band known as Atkins. He released his strike debut vocal one, “Dorawayo Busanhange,” in 1975. In the first 1980s, he became the very first Korean vocalist to execute at New York’s Carnegie Hall. He was created and elevated in South Korea’s Gyeonggi Province. He became motivated to pursue a profession in music after hearing a recording with the American spirit musician Ray Charles.
