Charlie O’Donnell

Went from Dick Clark’s sidekick on American Bandstand towards the tone of voice of Steering wheel of Lot of money. In 1958 he became the co-host from the still regional display American Bandstand, which allowed him to consider several drive jockey jobs and an anchorman part in LA. He became a member of the ‘Steering wheel’ in 1975, and remained there until 1980, afterward occasionally completing for his alternative and returning to the display completely in 1989. He was raised in Philadelphia, Pa. His recognition on LA TV information was in a way that Paul Simon, of Simon and Garfunkel, utilized him like a information announcer in the group’s music, 7 O’Clock Information/Silent Night.
