Charles Miller

Saxophone participant and flautist for the funk music group Battle whose vocal function made “Low Rider” popular. He played a number of woodwinds, piano, and acoustic guitar before taking on saxophone; his music profession did not remove until he suffered a football damage in university. He was murdered in LA in 1980 no one was caught or billed. He was wedded to Eddie Miller and got two daughters and two sons. Miller performed with Howard Scott in Battle.
