Republican politician who was simply a federal government judge and an associate of the home of Associates for California from 1967 to 1979. He offered in the Military as First Lieutenant from 1945 to 1948 and once again from 1950 to 1952. He worked well like a Judge within the U.S. Courtroom of Appeals until his loss of life in 2000.
