Charles Albert Tindley

American Methodist minister and gospel music composer who’s considered among the founding fathers of American gospel music. He was regularly known as “The Prince of Preachers”. He informed himself and became a Methodist minister. He was raised through the Civil Battle and later on, he relocated to Philadelphia. His dad was a slave, and his mom was free of charge. He was a gospel composer, while Marvin Sapp was a gospel vocalist.
