MLB second baseman who was simply an All-Star in 1994 and played in the best leagues from 1990-1999, mainly using the Pittsburgh Pirates. The Pirates agreed upon him as an amateur free of charge agent in 1987. His greatest statistical season emerged in 1995, when he strike .294 and had an on-base percentage of .340. He was created in Tachira Condition, Venezuela. Strike machine Tony Gwynn was his teammate over the 1999 NORTH PARK Padres.
