Former NASCAR drivers nicknamed “Leadfoot” who won nineteen races during his profession. He later on became a broadcaster for SiriusXM and was inducted in to the International Motorsports Hall of Popularity. He produced his NASCAR debut in 1959. His triumph in the 1980 Daytona 500 became the fastest operate in the race’s storied background. He was created Elzie Wylie Baker, Jr. and his dad was two-time NASCAR Champ Buck Baker. He received the Daytona 500 in 1980, twelve months after Richard Petty do therefore in 1979. Petty later on won the competition once again in 1981.
