Biography

Took over while the head trainer of Notre Dame’s soccer team this year 2010 and led the Fighting Irish towards the BCS name video game in 2012. Before his period at Notre Dame, he coached at Grand Valley Condition, Central Michigan, and Cincinnati. He performed linebacker at Assumption university from 1979 to 1982. He received five Trainer of the entire year honours in 2012, like the AP University Football Trainer of the entire year. He previously three kids, Patrick, Elegance and Kenzel, along with his wife Paqui. He coached linebacker Manti Teo at Notre Dame.

1He was only 16 years older than Luke Halpin, who played his son Sandy in Flipper (1964).
2His motorcycle accident reportedly forced him out of the lead role in 1971's The Love Machine (1971)(This casting had supposedly been approved by author Jacqueline Susann). The lead role then went to 'John Phillip Law'.
3He is the son of Anne Veronica (O'Brien) and Harry F. Kelly, who served as Governor of Michigan and as a justice on the Michigan Supreme Court.
4Has a daughter, Hallie; a son, Devin; two brothers, two sisters and a granddaughter.
5Uncle of actor Brian d'Arcy James.
6Best known for his portrayal of a perfect dad type as "Porter Ricks" on the Flipper (1964) TV series.
7Kelly was injured when a borrowed motorcycle exploded in 1969. He was left with a paralyzed right arm and leg and speech problems. He has done little acting since the accident.
