Brian Herbert

The son of fellow science fiction author, Frank Herbert, he’s known for writing several bestselling prequels to his father’s famous Dune series. His various other works consist of Sidney’s Comet, Prisoners of Arionn, as well as the Competition for God. He released his first book, Common Comebacks, in 1981. He and Kevin J. Anderson co-authored the to begin many Dune books, Dune: Home Atreides, in 1999. He released a 2003 biography of his dad, science fiction writer Frank Herbert. He was raised in Washington and acquired a half sister and a youthful sibling. In 1963, he wedded Jan Herbert; the few became parents to three daughters. He respected the task of fellow research fiction article writer, Douglas Adams.
