Brian Bevan

Revered previous rugby league footballer who gained multiple titles using the Warrington Wolves from 1946 to 1962. He was called to Australia’s Group of the Hundred years in 2008. He sailed to Britain up to speed the HMAS Australia cruiser in 1946. He became the very first rugby footballer to become inducted into both British Rugby Group Hall of Popularity as well as the Australian Rugby Group Hall of Popularity. His dad, Rick Bevan, performed rugby for Eastern Suburbs. He and trainer Jack Gibson had been both called to Australia’s Group of the Hundred years.
