Brenda Holloway

Motown and spirit singer and songwriter whose strikes include “When I’m Eliminated,” “YOU HAVE MADE Me So HAPPY,” and “Every TINY BIT Hurts.” When she was fourteen years of age, she began performing backup vocals for Southern California R&B rings. She was agreed upon by Motown Information when she was simply seventeen. She sued the music group Blood, Perspiration & Tears because of its chart-topping cover of her well-known single “YOU HAVE MADE Me So HAPPY.” She and her two youthful siblings was raised in the W neighborhood of LA, California. Her sister, Patrice Holloway, also acquired a career being a vocalist. Singer Alicia Tips covered Holloway’s strike song “Every TINY BIT Hurts.”
