Late lawyer most well-known for having served as the 5th Commissioner of Main League Football from 1969 to 1984. Before taking on his placement as Commissioner, he was a legal adviser for MLB for pretty much 2 decades. He grew up in Washington, D.C. and went to the V-12 Navy University TRAINING CURRICULUM before graduating from the School of Virginia in 1950. He was elected as the Chairman from the Catholic Advisory Plank from the Ave Maria Shared Funds pursuing his pension as MLB Commissioner. He was survived by his wife Luisa and two kids. He and Bud Selig possess both offered as the Commissioner of Main League Baseball.
