This Scottish soccer legend helped lead the Celtic Football Club’s “Lisbon Lions” team to some 1967 European Cup win in Lisbon, Portugal, against Italy’s Internazionale Milano F.C. During the period of his profession, he obtained 167 goals for Celtic and in addition made an appearance in ten worldwide fits for the Scotland nationwide football group. He performed his youth profession for the Ardeer Entertainment F.C. From 1966 to 1968, he was also an associate from the Scottish Little league XI national group.
