2-period All-Star outfielder who earned the Sterling silver Slugger award in 2004 and the house Run Derby in 2005. Before getting into the Majors in 1996, he was the Houston Astros Small League Participant of the entire year. After 2 yrs using the Houston Astros, he performed for the Philadelphia Phillies from 1998 to 2006. He was nicknamed the ‘Chocolate Eater’ honoring his late dad, Nelson. From 2006 to 2008, he used Derek Jeter on the brand new York Yankees.
