Web host of NPR’s Morning hours Model from 1979 to 2004. He also became known for his focus on The Bob Edwards Present, WITH THAT SAID, and Bob Edwards Weekend. He graduated from both School of Louisville and American School. He was the very first broadcaster with a big national pursuing to transfer to satellite television radio. He wedded fellow NPR broadcaster Windsor Johnston. He fathered two kids: Susannah and Eleanor. For his focus on Morning Model, he became the 1999 receiver of a George Peabody Prize.
