Well-known singer and pianist through the 1960’s, known for his special “scat” design of singing. He’s best kept in mind for tunes like Seated in the Recreation area. He became a member of his brothers at age group 12 in the group The 4 Stewart Brothers, who made an appearance on a every week radio display for five years. He tragically passed away in a vehicle accident in January 1970 at age thirty-two. He and brothers Johnny, Wayne, and Frank created the group The 4 Stewart Brothers.
