Bill S. Ballinger

Screenwriter and manufacturer most widely known for his participation in radio displays just like the Dinah Shore Present and The Breakfast time Club. He often collaborated with broadcaster Lowell Thomas. He went to the College or university of Wisconsin and resided in NY before he started composing full-time. He had written 30 books, some beneath the pen brands B.S. Sanborn and Frederic Fryer. He passed away in Tarzana, California. He had written Procedure CIA, a 1965 spy film starring Burt Reynolds.
