An American writer of over 3 hundred works of children’s fiction, he’s particularly known for his traditional book, Brown Keep, Brown Keep, What Do THE TRUTH IS? He served within the U.S. Military Air Pushes during World Battle II being a paper editor. During this time period, he also released his initial children’s book, THE TINY Squeegy Insect. He kept annual workshops for children’s teachers, training instructors in his “Pathway to Literacy” plan. His sibling, Bernard Martin, supplied a number of the illustrations for his children’s books. A lifelong admirer of Robert Frost, he called his Tx ranch Woodfrost within the poet’s honor.
