Initial baseman and corner outfielder who played five seasons in MLB, 4 for the Pittsburgh Pirates and 1 using the Houston Astros. He went to Lafayette SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL in NY. He joined the brand new York Mets’ single-A affiliate marketer Brooklyn Cyclones as their striking coach this year 2010. He was created and elevated in Brooklyn, NY. Mets right-hander David Cone acquired a no-hitter through seven innings in 1992, but Distefano finished the bet with an infield one in the 8th.
