Benjamin T. Biggs

Politician, farmer, and person in the Democratic Party who served while Governor of Delaware from 1887 to 1891 so that as a U.S. Representative from 1869 to 1873. He went to Wesleyan University or college before being truly a major from the Delaware militia through the Mexican-American Battle. Gov. Benjamin T. Biggs Plantation in Delaware is known as after him. He wedded Mary Beekman and collectively that they had five kids: John, Elizabeth, Benjamin Jr., Jennie and Willard.
