Ben Weider

Co-founder from the International Federation of Muscle building & Fitness who was simply also known for his understanding of Napoleonic background. He co-authored Assassination at St. Helena, The Murder of Napoleon, and Assassination at St. Helena Revisited and was confident that among Napoleon’s entourage assassinated the fantastic armed forces warrior. He offered as IFBB leader until Oct 29, 2006. He was called a Member from the Purchase of Canada in 1975 and was called an Official in 2006. He was raised in Montreal, Quebec, along with his family members. He previously co-founded IFBB along with his sibling Joe. His initial superstar was Arnold Schwarzenegger, whom he and his sibling known as the Austrian Oak.
