Canadian-born U.S. Military general who fought within the Spanish-American Battle and in Globe Battle I. He was a notorious stickler for self-discipline, actually in his young years. He purchased a whole regiment of troops to walk fifteen kilometers in popular, unrelenting sunshine after a number of the troops had cat-called moving women. He was raised in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He and Melvin Zais had been both embellished generals.
