Dutch-Israeli pianist who became known for his mastery of several composers, including Franz Schubert. He researched on the Amsterdam Academy of Music, graduating using a Piano Soloist level and a Piano Instructor level. He started collaborating with flautist Abbie de Quant in 1970. He also collaborated with Bat-Sheva Zeisler as well as the Tamar Piano Trio. He produced a name for himself being a chamber music expert, working in early stages with his sibling, Peter Berman, who was simply also a pianist. He once got a master course trained by Alfred Brendel.
