Barrett Strong

Lyricist known for composing “I Heard It all Through the Grapevine,” “Papa Was a Rollin’ Rock,” and many other Motown strikes. He performed the piano as an adolescent. He documented the initial Motown strike, “Cash (That’s What I’D LIKE),” in 1960. He composed a lot of the Temptations’ repertoire. He was raised with old sisters. He previously an extended and productive romantic relationship with Berry Gordy, the founder of Motown.
