Bap Kennedy

Known for his function in the folk, rock and roll, blues, spirit, Americana, and nation music genres, this North Irish-born singer and songwriter is certainly significant for such single albums as The Sailor’s Revenge, Let’s Begin Again, and Household Blues, aswell for his collaborations with Truck Morrison, Tag Knopfler, and Steve Earle. In his teenagers and early twenties, he performed using the punk group Sellout and the energy pop music group 10 History 7. After that, in the past due 1980s, he founded a music group known as Energy Orchard and offered as its frontman, tempo guitarist, and major songwriter. His single record Howl On (2009) was motivated by NASA’s Apollo plan. Delivered Martin Christopher Kennedy, he was raised in Belfast, North Ireland, through the politically turbulent period referred to as The Difficulties. He was the boy of Jim and Lily Kennedy, the old sibling of fellow vocalist and songwriter Brian Kennedy, the hubby of Brenda Boyd as well as the stepfather of Kenneth Hall and Christine Elliott. His 2005 record THE PICTURE AS A WHOLE features extra vocals with the Pogues frontman Shane MacGowan.
