Baltic-German article writer and linguist who authored an Estonian grammatical treatise and a dictionary. Through the 1760s, he translated content for an Estonian periodical known as Luhhike Oppetus. He released an Estonian medical textbook in 1771. His 1780 Estonian dictionary included near 17,000 phrases. He was created and elevated in Buttelstedt, Germany. He passed away at age eighty-two in Paida, Estonia. He was created in the same nation as article writer Carl Jakobson.
