Biography

Chilean footballer who became referred to as a tough-tackling midfielder in the Italian league; he received the nickname “Il Guerriero,” or The Warrior. He became a member of the youth program of the Chilean Colo-Colo group when he was an adolescent. He performed internationally in the U-20 South American Tournament and became a member of the Chilean nationwide group in 2007. He grew up along with five siblings in Santiago, Chile. He wedded Maria Teresa Matus in ’09 2009. He was became a member of by Carlos Tevez on Juventus in 2013.
