Creator of a number of the earliest microscopes, by which he initial discovered bacterias and cells. He was the initial scientist ever to record microscopic observations of muscle tissue fibers, bacterias, spermatozoa, and blood circulation in capillaries. Through glassmaking he uncovered a process where he will make little cup spheres that significantly magnified light. He dutifully documented everything he noticed through his microscopes, delivering his findings towards the Royal Culture of London. He was raised in Delft in the Dutch Republic. His microscopes emerged almost four years before Robert Hooke’s initial compound ones.
