Antonello Venditti

Italian singer-songwriter who gained fame in the 70’s with socially-conscious albums like Lilly and Ullala. He’s known to supporters for coping with problems like medications, politics and religious beliefs in his songwriting. He was created in Rome and initial gained interest in the music globe through his 1972 collaborative record with Francesco De Gregori, Theorius Campus. He made an appearance in the 2013 Italian film THE FANTASTIC Beauty, which gained the Academy Prize for Best SPANISH Film. He was wedded to Simona Izzo from 1975 to 1978. They possess a son called Francesco Venditti. He collaborated with acclaimed saxophonist Gato Barbieri over the 1979 melody “Modena.”
