Foreign minister from the Democratic Republic of Congo from 2003 to 2004. He received a B.A. level in International Relationships from Florida International College or university in 1992. He was elected a chair in the Country wide Set up, where he displayed a district inside a Bas-Congo province in 2006. He was created to a family group in Leuven, Belgium and was raised in DR Congo. He became a member of the Congolese Liberation Movement, a rebel group led by Jean-Pierre Bemba in 2000.
