Ideal remembered for his key career like a spy for the Soviet Union, this British art historian, College or university of London teacher, and movie director of London’s Courtauld Institute of Artwork was an associate from the infamous “Cambridge Five” espionage group. He researched mathematics and dialects at Trinity University, Cambridge, and consequently became a instructor of French vocabulary and art background.
