Antanas Strazdas

Lithuanian priest, poet, and hymn writer. He released two literary functions during his life time: Ode to Riga and Secular and Holy Tunes. He attended many monastery colleges before their studies at a seminary in Varniai, Lithuania. His most widely known hymn, “Why don’t we Fall on Our Legs,” became a typical in lots of Lithuanian churches. He was created to an unhealthy serf family members in Margenai, Lithuania. He and Vince Kudirka had been both poets from Lithuania.
