Andrew Rice

Civic leader and politician who was simply in the Oklahoma Condition Senate, Area 46, from November 2006 until January 15, 2012. He notably spearheaded an effort to ease the procedure of donating forgotten properties to Habitat for Mankind by local government authorities.
