Amaury Guichon

French pastry chef who’s known internationally for his just work at the NEVADA, Nevada based Jean Philippe Patisserie. He’s identified for his intricately comprehensive pastry masterpieces that resemble artwork more than meals. He trained like a pastry chef in his indigenous France. In March 2017 he produced a 100% chocolates sculpture of the nautilus. He’s originally from France. Both he and Wolfgang Puck possess Las Vegas centered restaurants/eateries.
