Best remembered seeing that the inventor of the favorite Scrabble game, this New York-born guy was also an architect and beginner musician. When he initial made Scrabble, he known as the overall game “Lexiko.” He graduated from Brand-new York’s Poughkeepsie SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL in 1917 and started his architecture profession through the 1920s. New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Artwork acquired many of his drawings. He was raised in Poughkeepsie, NY, as the kid of Arrie Mosher and Allison Butts. He and Monopoly inventor Charles Darrow both made extraordinarily popular plank games.
