Lead alto saxophonist in the Paul Whiteman Orchestra. He trained music at Hartwick University quickly before his loss of life. He began playing clarinet as a kid and performed for the very first time at Birmingham’s Lyric Theater before switching to saxophone. He was asked to try out on New York’s WJZ radio place in 1947 and performed there for two decades. He was wedded, but his wife Mary passed on in 1985.
