Alexander Devine

Activist most widely known for his focus on behalf of British public college reform and Montenegrin nationalism. He worked well like a journalist for the Daily Chronicle and published articles around the First Balkan Battle as well as the 1906 Summer time Olympics. He was appointed Honorary Minister for Montenegro after coordinating post-World Battle I relief attempts for Montenegrin refugees. His nephew, George Devine, founded the British Stage Organization. He was a modern of American journalist, activist and NAACP founder, Charles Russell.
