Abstract designer who became known for his kinetic sculptures, lumino kinetic artwork, and avant-garde styles. He helped discovered Exat 51. He analyzed briefly in the Academy of Good Arts in Zagreb. His 1st kinetic object was “Space Modulator” from 1953. He received the Vladimir Nazor Honor for lifetime creative accomplishment in 1999. He was created in Zagreb once the town was still regarded as area of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. He and fellow abstract designer Josef Albers both integrated geometric shapes to their work.
