Albert Williams

Afro-Nicaraguan professional baseball pitcher who played out most of his five MLB seasons for the Minnesota Twins. He was smuggled out of Nicaragua in 1979. He offered as a independence fighter through the Nicaraguan Trend, fighting for the Sandinista rebels. He was created and elevated in Pearl Lagoon, Nicaragua. He and Gary Gaetti had been teammates in the Minnesota Twins from 1981 to 1984.
